As more people use digital payments, Children Health Trust has implemented a contribution return policy to guarantee justice and openness in handling refund claims for donations. Children Health Trust recognizes that mistakes can happen or that donors may alter their views, even though it expects all donors to proceed with care and vigilance when making contributions.
Requests for contribution returns will be taken into account, and Children Health Trust will try to handle them as soon as possible. It might do so by asking the contributor for explanation and reasons while also requesting identification and contribution documentation.
However, Children Health Trust is not required to honor reimbursement requests and may reject them at its discretion, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been granted.
Please give the Children Health Trust’s staff information about your desire for a refund, including the date, sum, and payment method (such as a credit card or online payment). Within seven days of the contribution date, this proposal must be received by Children Health Trust. This can be the date you sent the check or demand draft to Children Health Trust through another method, the date you gave it to Children Health Trust or a person with authorization from Children Health Trust, or the date you made the contribution online, virtually, or through another method.
Please be aware that based on the availability of information from third parties, including payment gateways and institutions through which the transaction was handled, the refund procedure could take seven to thirty working days.
